Refund policy
At XETAFIT, your satisfaction is our priority. We want your shopping experience to be smooth and confident. Please read the following policy carefully to understand how returns, cancellations, and exchanges work with us.
1. GENERAL RETURN POLICY (7-DAY WINDOW)
- We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery for eligible products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, with all accessories, tags, and protective materials intact.
- Returns will be accepted only once per order ID.
- Return shipping will be arranged by us. Return processing fee of ₹100 will be deducted in case of store credit refunds.
- Note: Products priced under ₹349 are not eligible for return or exchange.
2. RETURN ELIGIBILITY & EXCLUSIONS
- Returns are NOT eligible in the following cases:
- Product is used, damaged due to misuse, or missing packaging or components.
- Items returned without the XETAFIT box, pouch, manuals, or accessories.
- Combos or kits cannot be returned as individual units.
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery.
3. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR WRONG ITEM RECEIVED?
- If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please:
- Notify us via email at support@xetafit.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Attach clear images of the outer packaging and product.
- We will arrange a free replacement, subject to product availability.
4. CANCELLATION POLICY
You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at support@xetafit.com.
Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed, and you must proceed through the return process.
5. EXCHANGE POLICY
We allow product exchanges only for valid size or model concerns under the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, with all original packaging.
- Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery.
Exchange fee:
- ₹200 for products above ₹599
- ₹150 for products between ₹399–₹599
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
6. REFUND MODE
All refunds are processed as XETAFIT Store Credits, valid for 365 days from the date of issue.
No monetary refunds will be issued under any circumstance.
7. SPECIAL RULES & EXCEPTIONS
For nutraceuticals, only unopened, sealed packs are eligible for return.
Taste preferences, mild side effects, or personal dislikes are not valid reasons for return or exchange.
Special promotional offers may carry their own return rules, which will override this policy.
8. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE
Email us at support@xetafit.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will:
Verify your request.
Schedule a reverse pickup if eligible.
Issue a replacement or store credit as per availability.
9. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
